Oakley 3D GASCAN Optically Correct 3D Glasses
Oakley officially launches its own branded 3D GASCAN, which is said to be the world’s first optically correct 3D glasses. This newly announced GASCAN is basically identical to the TRON 3D glasses we saw last week, except that it comes without the TRON branding.
The Oakley 3D GASCAN utilizes the company’s HDO-3D technologies to deliver “unrivaled 3D performance, superior visual clarity” as well as “signature Oakley comfort.” With HDO-3D, the 3D GASCAN virtually eliminate the ghosting or “crosstalk” between images that reach each eye from one moment to the next, a potential problem with inferior 3D glasses. The 3D eyewear also has a greater lens curvature around the eyes to provide a wider field of view, and the Three-Point Fit to retain the lenses in precise optical alignment.
The Oakley 3D GASCAN is priced at $120.
